Playing Tricks

The player to the dealer's right leads the first trick. Players must follow the lead suit if they can. If they cannot follow suit, they must play a spade if they hold one. Only if they have neither can they play any other card.

Scoring

Win exactly your bid or more and you score your bid as whole points, plus 0.1 per overtrick. Fail to reach your bid and you lose your bid amount as a negative score. After 5 rounds, the highest total wins the pot.

Winning the Match

The player with the highest cumulative score across all five rounds wins the match and takes the prize pool minus the zv777 table rake. In a tie, the player who won the most recent round is declared the winner.
