01.General & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and zv777 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zv777 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and payment processing.

By accessing zv777, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the zv777 platform.

02.Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the zv777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal vehicles may not register player accounts on zv777.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at the time of any gaming activity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of zv777 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and any other information requested by zv777 as part of the registration or KYC process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active zv777 account. If the Company identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts associated with that player will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits net of any bonus claims may be returned at the Company's discretion following investigation.

03.Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your zv777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or operate your zv777 account on your behalf.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zv777 support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have delayed in reporting a suspected breach.

zv777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Company is required to do so by regulatory instruction, court order, or applicable law.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months and holds a zero or negligible balance.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zv777 support. Upon verified request, the Company will close the account and process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and standard processing timelines. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless already converted to withdrawable winnings in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.

04.Deposits & Withdrawals

zv777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, location, and prevailing operational conditions.

Deposits: All deposits to your zv777 account must be funded from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit to your zv777 account, except where the Company authorises an alternative method in writing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the portion of your balance derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The Company reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments where the requested amount exceeds published single-transaction limits.
• Processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals and same-day for supported bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's own processing schedules.

zv777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, particularly for bank transfer transactions. You are responsible for checking and bearing any such third-party fees. Currency conversion charges may apply to USDT TRC20 transactions and will be disclosed at the point of withdrawal request.

05.Bonuses & Promotions

zv777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit threshold, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period. Those specific terms form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with this section.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all zv777 promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where specified, identity verification.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account without notice.
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The conversion of bonus funds to withdrawable real-money balance is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms.

06.Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the zv777 platform are provided by certified third-party software providers whose products use independently verified random number generators (RNG). zv777 does not modify game outcomes, RTPs, or any other parameter of third-party game software. The house edge applicable to each game is a function of the game's design as set by the software provider and is disclosed within the game's information panel.

Sports betting markets are compiled and priced by zv777 in accordance with the available information at the time of market creation. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the platform:

07.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zv777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances where permitted by law and applicable to the nature of the breach:

• Registering more than one account on zv777 under any name, address, payment method, or device.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of account management.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Territory.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports event offered on the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in relation to deposits made to your zv777 account without first exhausting the platform's internal dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zv777 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Where suspicious activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend the affected account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation prior to taking any further action. 08.Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zv777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of zv777.

Any unauthorised use of zv777 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

09.Limitation of Liability

The zv777 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and the integrity of its services, zv777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zv777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processor errors that are outside the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform, which is inherently subject to risk and variance.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit zv777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Privacy & Data

zv777 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and the Company.

By registering a zv777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

zv777 retains player data for the periods required by its international gaming licence and applicable compliance obligations. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

11.Responsible Gaming

zv777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The Company recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and it actively provides tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity at all times.

Your continued use of the zv777 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

zv777 may terminate your account and these Terms immediately and without prior notice if you are found to have committed a material breach of any provision of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation and, where evidence of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is established, may be permanently forfeited.

Where the Company elects to terminate your account for reasons unrelated to your conduct — for example, as a result of a decision to withdraw from a particular market — you will be given reasonable notice and your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of zv777's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred in the first instance to the zv777 internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, players must submit a written complaint to the zv777 support team at [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of all relevant information. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by the Company's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
